Your conversation with Karim

How your messages are used

Karim is an automated assistant. When you send a message, we send the necessary conversation context and approved knowledge excerpts to OpenAI to generate an answer. Answers can be mistaken; prices, dates and agreements need confirmation from the team.

Storage and deletion

Conversation text and details you share are stored encrypted on our server for up to 30 days after the last activity, then deleted by scheduled cleanup. The conversation token stays in page memory; reloading starts a separate conversation. Karim’s Start fresh button deletes the previous conversation from the application database when the request succeeds.

Backup copies can remain within the backup rotation. We request no response application-state storage using store:false; provider processing and abuse-monitoring retention remain subject to OpenAI’s API data policy. OpenAI data policy

Sending an inquiry to the team

Sharing contact details is optional. Karim only organizes information you provide and does not look you up elsewhere. You review, edit and approve a separate form before sending it. Sent inquiries remain in the team’s inquiry system for follow-up; deleting the chat does not cancel an inquiry. Contact the team for data requests.

Keep secrets private

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment card data or identity documents. Usage limits protect the service; analytics consent is separate from using chat.
